WHO WE ARE

Since 2009, my work has developed through individual sessions, couple sessions, and experiential Family Constellation workshops in group settings.

Today, this work allows me to guide people through a journey of awareness, helping them gradually recognize their place within their family system and within society as a whole.

I trained in Business and Sports Coaching at the CUI in Arezzo. Through coaching, people can develop a clearer and more present vision of their professional and athletic goals, without dispersing energy in pursuing and maintaining them.

My work has also led me to introduce Business Constellations within professional and organizational environments.

I am fortunate to travel across Italy and abroad, leading workshops and conferences.

I was born in Ancona on December 5th, 1969. I graduated in Tourism Operations and Communication Sciences.

For many years, I worked within companies in personnel management roles. It was my first way of being close to people; listening to their difficulties and trying to help resolve them.

For a long time, everything seemed to flow smoothly. Or at least, that is how it appeared. Then life brought an unexpected and sudden change. Many things shifted within the large company where I worked, and I suddenly found myself without a job.

At first, I did not experience it with a smile. With time, however, I realized how fortunate I truly was.

One door had closed, and a much larger one was beginning to open.

In 2007, I began a personal journey of awareness that led me to encounter Family Constellations. I started to see certain aspects of my own life more clearly and began to “work” on myself.

I came from a world shaped by rational thinking, where one plus one must always equal two. Yet I sensed that there was something more within a person’s existence. Over time, I became aware that this was my path — not only personally, but professionally as well.

I completed a two-year training program as a Humanistic Mediator at the A.L.C.I. School in Udine with Otto Brink, Stephan Hausner, Ilse Kutschera, Silvia Miclavez, and Jakob R. Schneider.

Through this work, I learned the importance of the past and of our origins. I came to understand how deeply our family remains present in everyday life. Always without judgment, and with profound respect for everyone involved.

I also attended a two-year training focused on trauma with Bertold Ulsamer. Through this work, I encountered the approach to inner Parts, which opened new ways of relating more deeply with our innermost self. This perspective applies not only to families, but also to the professional world.

I guide individuals and groups in exploring deep relational dynamics, creating spaces where what is unseen can emerge, find order, and transform.

My path has not been linear.

I was born in Faenza and have lived in Barcelona, London, Mexico City, and Bologna. I hold a degree in Economics and Business and a Master of Science in International Management. For more than twelve years, I worked in both public and private corporate environments, mainly within the IT sector, covering roles in quality management, sales, consulting, and training.

Over time, a growing distance emerged between what I was doing and who I truly was, and what I was searching for.
This led me to begin a personal journey through psychotherapy and, gradually, to reorient the direction of my life.

I then began my studies in Psychology, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques and continuing with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, currently in progress.

Alongside this path, I have deepened my experience with experiential and systemic approaches.
I trained as a Family Constellation facilitator following the approach of Bert Hellinger, integrated sound healing practices through the Tantra Music School of Luca Vignali and have maintained a Vipassana meditation practice for many years.

Since 2025, I have been facilitating Family Constellation seminars, workshops, and individual sessions.

This work was born from a personal experience.

I have seen what happens when deeper dynamics become visible: something begins to move, space opens, clarity emerges, and new energy starts to flow.

My work is to create the conditions for something more authentic to emerge.

To accompany people in reconnecting with a deeper dimension of themselves.

And ultimately, to remember something essential:

that beneath what we experience, there is a form of order and love that can be rediscovered.

And finally, I found the work I truly love to do.
